Shipping:
All samples are delivered free of charge via Royal Mail. Sample orders over £10 will be sent tracked
All fabric and leather orders, no matter how large will be shipped at a flat rate of £9.95 to anywhere in the UK.
All orders placed before 2.30pm will be sent out same day. Orders placed after 2:30pm will be sent out the next working day. Excluding store collection orders
All customers from outside of the UK please contact us via email or call to obtain a shipping quote, before placing an order.
Store collection
If you choose to collect your order from one of our stores with free postage. The order may take up to 5 working days to be dispatched to your chosen store
A member of staff will contact you when your order is ready to collect
If you need your order sooner we advise that you order to your home address

Please contact us prior to placing your order if you are ordering to the Scottish Highlands including the below postcodes as there is a higher shipping charge.
Unfortunately next working day delivery is unavailable in these areas, delivery will be 2-4 working days depending on area

Prices include VAT. Your order confirmation shows a breakdown of VAT
All prices are subject to alteration without notice.
Shortages, damaged goods and returns:
Please note that goods may be dispatched in more than one parcel. Please read our section on shipping. If damages or shortages occur Misan should be notified within 3 working days of receipt. Lengths of fabric or trim that have been cut from a roll are deemed bespoke items and may not be returned unless it is agreed there is an obvious fault. This does not affect your statutory rights. No returns accepted for cut goods or without prior notification. It is essential that any cloth is checked before cutting out as no faults can be accepted once the cloth has been cut into. Carriage is non-refundable. The return of the goods is your responsibility and we cannot process returns that we have not received.
Colour:
The colours on this site will be affected by the settings of the monitor, phone or device on which they are viewed and can therefore only be an approximation of the actual textile shade. If an accurate match is required we advise that you order a swatch first.
Cut goods:
Fabric is priced per metre and multiple quantities will be cut in one continuous piece. Any item that has to be cut from a roll is considered bespoke and may not be returned
Clearance/End of Roll:
All clearance and end of roll sales are final and non returnable. The price shown is the price for the whole peice, we are unable to cut down end of rolls further as they are priced to sell. We recommend that you order a swatch if you are unsure before ordering
Samples:
Samples of fabric are approximately 7x8cm and leather samples are smaller as cut from an inconspicuous place on the hide to save wastage. Samples are intended to give the customer an idea of colour and feel. If you require larger samples please contact us prior to placing sample orders and we will let you know if this is possible and if there any charges for this.
Bulk Buy
Bulk buy prices are inclusive of VAT. If you require meterage in denominations not available on the listing please contact us and we will ensure you receive the best price based on the meterage
Leather Hide Sizes
We go by the average size stamp on the hides which is in m2, this can be converted to cms etc via an online m2-cm calculator. Sizes are approximate and will usually have a small tolerance of around 10cm2 (unless otherwise stated) as being a natural animal hide no two hides are the same. There may be some small holes and blemishes in your hide , as excepted with a natural product. We will inspect before posting and notify you if there any significant sized holes. We wouldn’t take small holes near the edges of hides into account as these areas are usually thinner and aren’t as useable
We are able to provide photos of the whole hide you may be interested in to help you get an idea of the size/shape of the hide. Please request this via email before ordering
Privacy policy:
Misan does not share information with any third parties. Payments are encrypted and card details are not saved. If a card number is given over the telephone by a customer in order to take immediate manual payment not via the secure site then the details are physically shredded at that point. Cookies are used on this site to track your progress through the site and to maintain the contents of your shopping basket. This is to enable your computer to 'remember' where you've been and to speed up the process on future visits. It also enables the retention of delivery addresses. We do send occasional newsletters to which you may unsubscribe from the bottom of the newsletter. If you would prefer never to receive them please e-mail us at info@misanstore.co.uk and we shall remove you from our mailing list.
